The Central Alabama Jaguars is an American professional mens basketball team located in Central Alabama based out of Montgomery, AL. Five Horizons Health Services (FHHS)
Founded in 1988 as West Alabama AIDS Outreach (WAAO), the agency’s original mission was to provide HIV-related outreach and prevention services to West Alabama. Since that time, the agency has expanded to include a variety of services for populations in need of specialized or general care. FHHS strives to provide high-quality, patient-centered medical, prevention, testing and case management services. With a team of highly-qualified staff, a diverse board of directors, and community partners, Five Horizons is positioned to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of citizens from the Alabama Wiregrass, through the Alabama Black Belt, and across East Mississippi.

Carastar Health
Carastar emphasizes behavioral health services guided not by fear, but by a positive approach that customizes plans of action. We help individuals gain control over their own choices. Carastar Health professionals work in tandem with law enforcement, civic leaders, lawmakers, and community voices. Together, they give assistance along with access to resources to bring understanding to the question, “Why am I experiencing this?” That understanding leads to increased acceptance of self and others. That’s our vision, and what Carastar is all about.

Our nonprofit has evolved beyond its origins to embrace a comprehensive approach to health education, aiming to empower individuals with the knowledge and support they need to thrive. ​
ACADV
The mission of the Alabama Coalition Against Domestic Violence is to create opportunities for freedom from domestic violence through advocacy, education and the promotion of social intolerance of abuse. ACADV provides training, technical assistance, public policy and development, and support to domestic violence programs.

WELCOME Food Pantry
Our mission is to show God's love and compassion by assisting those struggling with food insecurity.

Our ministry serves more than 750 families, benefits more than 2,000 individuals, and has distributed more than 1/2 million pounds of food and toiletries per year to those in need. WELCOME is the primary food pantry assistance program for approximately one half of Elmore County's population. It serves Millbrook, Coosada, Elmore, Deatsville, and those who live in unincorporated areas.
